How can I set my default language?

By clicking on your name at the top of the empower screen, you can access your profile to set your default language and other options.

How do I alert if a language translation is wrong on the screen?

Use the feedback button on the right side of the screen to send us a screenshot of the bad translation and the updated text. Great way to help us keep the empower platform up to date!

Will empower have click to chat functionality?

We are actively working on this feature as we update our customer service tools. Look for this in the near future.

Who do I contact for support?

You can utilize the Feedback button available on the right side of each page throughout empower. The team reviews this feedback daily. For urgent issues, please contact the empower team at [email protected].

Are there training guides?

There are several 1-pager aids available via the Help option in the drop-down menu under your name. We will also be launching our new Help content under the empowerU brand very soon. This will be accessible through the empower Help menu.
