Customers and agents can reset their password by clicking ‘Forgot Password ?‘ from empower.abb.com or using the following link. https://www.usermanagement.abb.com/account/ForgotPassword
ABB internal users need to reach out to the ABB Help Desk.
NOTE: The ABB ID password reset policy is enforced at the corporate level; therefore the empower support team cannot expedite password or security question resets.

To resolve, reset your ABB ID password using the following link. https://www.usermanagement.abb.com/account/ForgotPassword

Below are some items to check.
Ensure you are checking the right mailbox for the email address you registered as your ABB ID
Check your Junk Email and Spam Email folders.
Ask your IT team to add [email protected] to their Safelist (at the System level)
Add @abb.com to your Safe Senders List, following the below instructions.
Choose the Junk icon from your toolbar
Choose Junk E-mail Options
Choose the Safe Senders tab
Click the Add button to add @abb.com to the list
Click the Apply button when done
After steps 3 and 4, please regenerate a new activation email by logging into empower.abb.com and clicking the ‘Resend Activation Mail’ button. Next, recheck your email, Junk Email, and Spam folders for the activation link.

I still cannot log into empower. What can I do?
If you are having login issues, please follow the below instructions.
Google Chrome (preferred for empower)
On your computer, open Chrome
Enter this URL: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose ‘All Time’ to delete everything.
Under the Advanced section, click the checkboxes for 'Browsing History,' 'Cookies and other site data,' 'Cached images and files', 'Autofill form data', and ‘Site Settings’
Click the 'Clear data' button
Internet Explorer:
Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history
Make sure to uncheck ‘Preserve Favorites’ website data and check both ‘Temporary Internet Files’ and ‘Cookies’ then click Delete
You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it is completed
When done close all browsers, then open a fresh browser and retry your login via empower.abb.com using your ABB ID and associated password.
